Obituary For Mary Helen Whitener King

MRS. MARY HELEN WHITENER KING – Age 77, of Dalton, Georgia passed away Wednesday, January 20, 2016 at Hamilton Medical Center. She was retired from Collins and Aikman, was a member of Shiloh Missionary Baptist Church, and was preceded in death by her parents, Rufus and Lucille Wofford Whitener, three sisters, and three brothers. She is survived by her two devoted sons, Kenneth King, Sr. and Ronnie (Peggy) King; one grandson, Kenneth King, Jr.; two sisters, LaWanda Williams and Cathy Penny Cummings, all of Dalton, Georgia; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends. Funeral Service will be held Sunday, January 24, 2016 at 1:00 P. M. at Shiloh Missionary Baptist Church, 2014 Martin L. King, Jr. Blvd., Dalton, Georgia, with Rev. Robert Carson, Eulogist, Rev. Chris Bonds, and other ministers officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday Evening from 5:00 until 6:00 P. M. Interment, West Hill Cemetery.
