Obituary For Mrs. Mildred Shropshire Moore

MRS. MILDRED CATHERINE SHROPSHIRE MOORE – Age 90, of Nashville, Tennessee labored into eternal rest on Thursday, February 18, 2016. She was born on July 3, 1925 to the late Ralph Waldo, Sr. and Mattie Lou Shropshire in Summerville (Gore Community), Georgia. She was preceded in death by her sister, Ora Mae Scott, six brothers, Benjamin, Walter “Jack” (Rosa Lee – deceased), John “Jay”, Ralph, Jr., Harold and Hardin (Mary – deceased) Shropshire. Those left with the memories of her life are daughters Gayle (Allen Sr.) Marshall, Sybil Ludy-Turner (Gary Ludy-deceased, Robert Turner, Sr.-deceased); grandchildren, Allen, Jr.-US NAVY(Tonya), Galen-USMC (Sanela), and Alex (Amber) Marshall, Briana Ludy and Robert Turner Jr.; great grand children, Janina, Shawn, Houston, Aleiyah, Kennedy, Anja, Brycen, and Oakley; one brother Howard (Geneva) Shropshire, two sisters-in-law, Marlene Chaney and Ardella Shropshire, several nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends. Graveside Service and Interment will be held Friday February 26, 2016, at 1:00 P. M. at Pleasant Hill Community Church Cemetery, Summerville, Georgia with Pastor James Loveless, Minister Tommie Shropshire, Officiant, and other ministers officiating.
