Obituary For Ronald Lamont Harris

MR. RONALD LAMONT HARRIS – Age 66, of Summerville, Georgia passed away Sunday, April 17, 2016 at Floyd Medical Center. He was born in Cartersville, Georgia, and retired from Roper Corporation, and was preceded in death by his mother, Louise Harris, father, Lewis Harris, and stepbrother, Lorenza Conner. He is survived by his wife, Janie Harris; children, Lequisha Harris, Reshun Harris, Justyce London, Dawanna (Kelvin) Myricks, Sonja Johnson, Kendra London, Stanley London, Wayne London; goddaughter, Deloris White; twenty grandchildren; a host of sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends. Funeral Service will be held Saturday, April 23, 2016 at 1:00 P. M. at New Bethel Baptist Church, Congress Street, Summerville, Georgia with Pastor Kevin Roach and other ministers officiating. His remains will lie in state at the church from 11:00 A. M. until the funeral hour. Interment, Cassville Cemetery.
