Mr. Marcus Dushan Christian, age 31, entered eternal rest on Saturday, January 18, 2025. Marcus was born on December 20, 1993 to the late Candace V. Lemons and Fidel Christian in Forsyth County.

He was a graduate of Rockingham County Senior High School, Wentworth, NC in the Class of 2013. Marcus was a member of Bold Springs Baptist Church, Ruffin, NC.

He was also preceded in death by Sallie A. Lemons (grandmother) and James W. Lemons, Jr. (uncle).

Marcus leaves to cherish wonderful memories: His sister; Kendra Bashaw (Jeffery) of Virginia, Marissa Broadnax (Jordan) of Eden, NC, brother; Warner Christian. Special cousins: Kimberly A. Broadnax (deceased), Ryan Lemons (Candace J), Joseph Redd, III, Devonte Lemons, Lamar Lemons, Adrianna Broadnax, Asia Broadnax and his one and only nephew, Jayden Nelson affectionately called “JBIRD” by Marcus. His uncle; Jafus L. Brim of High Point, NC and aunts; Felice A. Brim, Tammy A. Lemons, Kenya M. Lemons and Leveda C. Lemons all of Eden, NC, with whom he had a special relationship with them all.
