Obituary For Barbara Lugenia Ponder

MRS. BARBARA LUGENIA PONDER – AGE 60, - Of Chattanooga, Tennessee and formerly of LaFayette, Georgia passed away on Tuesday, June 21, 2016 in a local Health Care. She was a member of the Baptist Faith, and was preceded in death by her parents, John and Anna Belle Allgood Ponder, Sr., brother, Dr. John Ponder, Jr., and sister, Brenda Sampler. She is survived by her children, Brandi Ballou of Chattanooga, Tennessee, and Amber Ponder of New York; seven grandchildren; one aunt, Joyce Allgood; one uncle, Bob Allgood of LaFayette, Georgia; grandchildren, Tyler Reid, Ariel Reid, DaShaun Ballou, Brooklynn Ballou, London Ballou, Carter Calloway, Cameron Calloway; nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends. Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, July 2, 2016 at 1:00 P. M. at Happy Home Baptist Church, LaFayette, Georgia with Pastor Terry Hambrick officiating.
