Fernandee Burch, Jr. was born to the late Mamie D. Williams and the late Fernandee D. Burch, Sr., on August 10, 1952, in Savannah, Georgia.
Fernandee began his education in the Savannah school system. He later graduated high school from Stuttgart American High School, in Ludwigsburg, Germany.
Fernandee married Lonnie Locke, on August 10, 1973. From this union two children were born: Danielle and Rachel.
As a young child Fernandee was always fascinated by the big rigs. This fascination led to a career of driving for several companies and eventually becoming an owner operator.
Fernandee dedicated his life to Jehovah and was baptized in July of 1993. Because of love for his neighbors, it brought him great pleasure to share the promises of Jehovah with all he met.
Fernandee made his peaceful transition, at his residence, in Bonaire, Georgia, on Thursday, January 16, 2025. He was preceded in death by his parents, his sister: Magarite Joyner and a special nephew: James Joyner.
He leaves to cherish his memories: His loving wife Lonnie Burch. Two daughters: Danielle Boles, of Savannah, Georgia and Rachel Boles of Ellenwood, Georgia. One brother: Nathan (Ruth) Williams, of Savannah, Georgia. Three sisters: Mabel Torrence, of Jacksonville, Florida, Emily (John) Torrence of East Point, Georgia and Rita (Robert) Early of Savannah, Georgia. Two special nephews: Harold (Simone) Johnson and Wayne (Courtney) Joyner all of Savannah, Georgia. Eight grandchildren: Terrencio, Chelsea, Nya, Jerome, Miquel, Ethan, Charlee and Milo. One great granddaughter: Wynter and a host of other nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends.
