Charlene Ann Banks Richards, 64, a resident of New Bern, NC passed Saturday, January 25, 2025 at her residence.

Funeral service is 11:00 AM, Monday, February 3, 2025 at Kingdom Hall of Jehovah Witnesses, New Bern. Interment will follow at New Bern Memorial Cemetery.

Viewing will be from 12:00 Noon to 3:00 PM Sunday at the mortuary.

Charlene is survived by her children, Candace Richards and Vernon Harris of New Bern; siblings, Charlie Banks, VA, Timothy Banks, Greenville, Latane Banks, New Bern, Lois Torres, VA; two grandchildren
