Obituary For Larry Estes Howell

MR. LARRY ESTES HOWELL – Age 64, of LaFayette, Georgia passed away Monday, December 26, 2016 at his residence. He was born on November 9, 1952 in Sylva, North Carolina, attended Cove Road Church of God, and was preceded in death by his parents, Harvey Howell and Hester Bryson Howell, stepmother, Pearl Howell, brothers, Leon, H.L., Louie, Johnny, and Glenn Howell, sisters, Edith, Lillie Jo, and Annie Ruth Howell, sister-in-law, Frances Turner, brother-in-law, Clarence Turner, mother-in-law, Rosie Upshaw, and fathers-in-law, Clifford Upshaw and J.T. Turner, Sr. He is survived by wife of forty-three years, Betty Faye Turner Howell; daughters, Vicki (Chad) Burse, Kimberly (Eddie) Blakemore; grandchildren, Chasity Burse, Chandra Burse, Marquis Howell, Marquila Howell, Kiana Blakemore, Aiyanna Blakemore, and Myrikal Blakemore, all of LaFayette, Georgia; brother and sisters-in-law, Rosemary (Reynold) Jones, Doris Lay, Shirley (Casper) Bailey, J.T. Turner, Jr., all of Chickamauga, Georgia; special nieces and nephews, Janice Williams, Ronald, Donald, Phil, and Sam Howell, Delores and Vincent Sheperd, Diane Smith, all of Sylva, North Carolina, Janella Lay Mahone and Pamela Jones Marsh, both of Chickamauga; a host of other nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives, and friends. Funeral Service will be held Saturday, December 31, 2016 at 2:00 P.M. at Cove Road Church of God, 616 North Chattanooga Street, Lafayette, Georgia, with Pastor James Brown and other ministers officiating. The family will receive friends at the church one hour before the service. Interment, Garmany Cemetery.
