Funeral service will be held 11AM on Monday, February 24, 2025, at The Bethel Church, 215 Bethel Baptist Street Jacksonville, Florida 32202. Ms. O'Neal's remains will rest for visitation of family and friends on Sunday, February 23, 2025, from 3-5PM at THE BETHEL CHURCH.
