MRS. CLEMIE TEE TIBBS WATSON – Age 84, of Dalton, Georgia passed away Thursday, February 23, 2017. She was a member of Hopewell Baptist Church and was preceded in death by her husband, Eugene Watson, parents, mother, Ethel Tibbs Ramsey, father, Roosevelt Tibbs, son, Ralph Watson, sister Carrie Taylor, and brothers, Buddy “Jim” Tibbs and William Tibbs. She is survived by her daughters, Linda (William) Waters, Sherry (Robert) O’Neal, Kathy (Chris) O’Neal, Sandra (Ken) Ramsey; son, Raymond (Jacquline) Watson; daughter-in-law, Shenequa Watson Rhea; sisters, Rosella (Walter) Watson, Patsy Martin, and Patricia Hardson; brother, J.C. (Faye) Ramsey and James (Delores) Ramsey; grandchildren, Ronald Waters, Melanie High, Tremain O’Neal, Damond Waters, Scottie Watson, Ramon Watson, Marcus Watson, Charisse Mann, Shelena Watson, Sherman Watson, Dewayne Shropshire, Cornelius O’Neal, Alterez Jordan, Ricky O’Neal, Chase O’Neal, Crystal Ramsey and Cierra Chaney; great grandchildren, Jaylan High, Myia O’Neal, Raekwon Watson, Mahliq Waters, MiKayla Waters, Adyen Alterez Jordan, Brooklyn Washington, Ivory Washington, Isaiah Washington, Isaac Watson, Wisdom Kent, Darion O’Neal, Livia O’Neal, Tyler Watson, and Taryn Watson; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends. Homegoing Service will be held Saturday, March 4, 2017 at 1:00 P.M. in the Chapel with Bishop Bennie Tibbs and other ministers officiating. The family will receive friends one hour before the service. Her remains will lie in state at the funeral home on Friday after 12:00 Noon. Interment, Hopewell Cemetery.
