Obituary For Lynda Sue Cooper Robinson

MRS. LYNDA SUE COOPER ROBINSON – Age 61, of Cartersville, Georgia and formerly of Dalton, Georgia passed away Friday, February 24, 2017 at Cartersville Medical Center. She was born on July 16, 1955 to the late Jack and Syble Ruth Wilkey Cooper, Sr. and was preceded in death by one sister, Carolyn Hawkins and three brothers, Jack Cooper, Jr., Gary Cooper, and Bruce Cooper. She is survived by her husband of forty-four years, Kenneth Robinson; son, Kenneth Courtney Robinson of Cartersville, Georgia; grandchildren, Kaitlin Robinson, Dasia Marie Robinson, Kenneth Robinson, Jr., and Devonte Robinson; sister, Dimple (Sidney) Hilliard of Dalton; brothers, Eugene (Mary) Cooper of Calhoun, Georgia, Paul (Gloria) Cooper, William Cooper, and Marcus Cooper of Dalton; brothers-in-law, Jackie Robinson of Marietta, Georgia, Elder Joel Robinson, Millard Robinson of Cartersville; sisters-in-law, Kay (Roderick) Moore of Jasper, Georgia, Lorraine Fabbian of Maryland, Issie (Bruce) Kennedy of Warner Robbins, Georgia, Brenda Miller, and Phyllis Robinson of Cartersville; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends. Funeral Service will be held Thursday, March 2, 2017 at 11:00 A.M. at Pleasant Grove Baptist Church, 668 Burnt Hickory Road, S.W., Cartersville, with Pastor Michael Teasley and other ministers officiating. Her remains will lie in state one hour before the service. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday evening from 6:00 until 7:00 P.M. with Rev.
