Obituary For Eloise Pauline Walters

MRS. ELOISE PAULINE WINSTON WALTERS – Age 83, of Fayetteville, North Carolina and formerly of Willingboro, New Jersey and Chattanooga, Tennessee passed away on Monday, May 22, 2017. She was born on August 18, 1933 in Valley Head, Alabama to Paul Martin Winston and Oliva P. Witherspoon Winston. Eloise graduated from Howard High School in Chattanooga and joined the United States Air Force in 1951. Her husband, TSgt. Stencil Walters, Sr., daughter, APRN, Olivia Vanessa Miller, parents, and brothers, Roosevelt Hudgins, Paul M. Winston, Jr., and Donald K. Winton, preceded her in death. She is survived by her daughter, Denese (Pastor LeRoy) Henderson; son, Stencil (Kathi) Walters, Jr.; brothers, Robert (Delores) Winston, Sr. and James Winston; sister-in-law, Katie Winston; grandchildren, Jasmine, Olivia, Onya, Rochelle, Stencil III, David II, and Emmett; great grandchildren, Tamera, Elijah, and Jazmyn; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends. Funeral Service will be held Friday June 2, 2017 at 11:00 A.M. at Thompkin Metropolitan A.M.E. Zion Church, 811 Palmetto St., Chattanooga, Tennessee with Pastor LeRoy Henderson providing words of comfort and Dr. Juanita Green officiating. The family will receive friends at the church on Thursday evening from 6:00 until 8:00 P.M. Interment will be held Friday, June 2, 2017 at 1:30 P.M. at the Chattanooga National Cemetery.
