Obituary For Gail Wofford Sewell

MRS. GAIL WOFFORD SEWELL – Age 64, of 407 Nixon Avenue, Rome, Georgia passed away on Tuesday, June 6, 2017. She was the daughter of the late Raymond Cotton and Rosetta Richards Wofford. She was a graduate of Adairsville High School, a faithful member of New Hope Baptist Church in Rome, Georgia, and retired from Rome Manufacturers. She was preceded in death by her brothers, Billy Andrew Wofford, Robert Buffington, and nephew, Jason Le’var Nichols. She is survived by her loving husband, Mose Calvin Sewell, Jr. of Rome, Georgia; sisters, Rosemary Wright, Sharrie (Larry) Wright, Minyuan (Charles) Wright, Kathy (Brooks) Langston, Jennifer (Rondie) Goode, Wanda Wofford, Mary Blackwell, and Barbara Carter; brothers, Kevin (LaTonya) Wofford, Raymond C. (Bobbie) Wofford, Jr., and John Henry (Dorothy) Wofford; a host of aunts, uncles, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends. Funeral Service will be held Saturday, June 10, 2017 at 12:00 Noon at the Kingdom Church International, 5415 Calhoun Road, Adairsville, Georgia 30103, with Pastor Kenneth Woods giving words of comfort. The family will receive friends from 6:00 until 8:00 P.M. at the New Hope Baptist Church, 399 Moran Lake Road, Rome, Georgia. Interment, Eastview Cemetery.
