Obituary For A. Ruth King

MRS. A. RUTH KING – Age 95 – Of Calhoun, Georgia passed away on Friday, June 23, 2017 at Gordon Health Care. She was the widow of the late Mr. Grady King. She was preceded in death by her son, Bobby Gene King, and daughter, Shirley Jean Harrison. She is survived by her sister, Linda Hogan of Calhoun, Georgia; son-in-law, Elder Joseph Harrison of Dalton, Georgia; daughter-in-law, Florene King of Calhoun; nine grandchildren, great grandchildren; nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends. Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, June 28, 2017 at 1:00 P. M. at The New Harvest Church Ministries, Inc., 400 North Fredrick Street, Dalton, Georgia with Bishop Claud Jones, officiating. The family will receive friends at the church one hour before the service. Her remains will lie in state at the funeral home on Tuesday after 12:00 noon.
