MR. KENDALL STOREY, SR. - Age 59, - of Dalton, Georgia, passed away Wednesday, August 30, 2017. He was a United States Army Veteran and a member of Community Fellowship Church. He was preceded in death by his father, Silas Austin, Jr., stepfather, Robert Holland, stepmother, Mrs. Frances Austin, sister, Christine Teasley, grandparents, Mr. Cicero Storey and Mrs. Lois Suttles Storey, Mr. Silas Austin, Sr. and Mrs. Pauline Austin. He is survived by his wife, Wanda Sue Daniel Storey of Dalton, Georgia; two sons, Kendall (Teandra) Storey, Jr. of Snellville, Georgia, Adrian Jamal Storey of Dalton; three grandchildren, Anya W. Storey, Kendall D. Storey, III, Micah N. Storey of Snellville, Georgia; mother, Vera Storey Holland; sisters, Shirlane (Arthur) Jackson, Sr., Francina West, Lynette (Purcell) Steele, Debra (Louis) Macon, Sheila Holland; brothers, Kenneth L. Storey, Tony Thomas, Edward (Lisa) Austin, Randy (Marian) Austin, Tommy Austin; aunts, Joyce Rooker, Toledo Sagoes, Muriel Hayes, Betty Taylor, Lois E. Funeral Service will be held on Friday, September 8, 2017 at 11:30 A. M. at Community Fellowship Church, 409 North Fredrick Street, Dalton, with Dr. Stephen Thomas, and other ministers officiating. His remains will lie in state at the funeral home on Thursday after 11:00 A. M. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday evening from 6:00 – 8:00 P. M.
