MRS. DOROTHY MAE LUCY NEWELL SMITH – Age 97, of Calhoun, Georgia passed away on Monday, September 11, 2017. She was preceded in death by her husbands, Tom Hiles, and Willie B. Smith, two daughters, Louise Hiles and Ethal Harris, parents, sisters, and brothers. She is survived by her three sons, Billy (Baljit) Hiles of Calhoun, Georgia, Carl (Shirley) Hiles of Stone Mountain, Georgia, and Howard (Susie) Hiles of Duluth, Georgia; sisters, Ethel Lean Henderson and Charlsie Dixon; brothers, Thomas Newell of Carrollton, Georgia; a host of grandchildren, great great grandchildren, great great great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. Funeral Service will be held Saturday, September 16, 2017 at 1:00 P. M. at the Adairsville Church Of Christ, 425 Martin L. King, Drive, Adairsville, Georgia, 30103 with Brother David Wyke officiating. The family will receive friends at the church, one hour before the service. Interment, Chandler Cemetery.
