Obituary For Johnny Randall Banks

MR. JOHNNY RANDALL BANKS – AGE 57, - Of Dalton, Georgia passed away on Friday, September 15, 2017. He was preceded in death by his parents, Mr. Carl Banks and Mrs. Jessie Bell Mitchell Banks, brothers, Willie B. Traylor, Corporal John “C.J.” Banks, Terry Joe Banks, sisters, Pearlie Mae Bonds, Rubye Tibbs, and Louella Banks. He was a 1978 Dalton High School graduate and a U. S. Army Veteran. He is survived by his wife, Andrea Elaine Anderson Banks of Dalton, Georgia; sons, Michael (Zakia) Banks of McDonough, Georgia, Eric Banks, Derrick Banks; daughter, Jessica Banks of Dalton; three grandchildren, ZaTéa Banks, Kamari Shropshire, Na’el Brown; one sister, Doris Banks; two brothers, Willie Carl (Bridgette) Banks of Dalton, and Wade (Terri) Banks of Springboro, Pennsylvania, sisters-in-law, Elfrieda Banks, Mary Traylor; a host of nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends. Funeral Service will be on Thursday, September 21, 2017 at 1:00 P. M. at the Chapel with Bishop Claud Jones officiating. His remains will lie in state at the funeral home on Wednesday after 11:00 A. M. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday evening from 6:00 – 7:00 P. M. Interment, West Hill Cemetery.
