Obituary For Gloria Dwight

MS. GLORIA ELAINE “COOKIE” DWIGHT – Age 61, of Dalton, Georgia passed away Wednesday, October 4, 2017 at her sisters’ residence. She was a member of Miracle Valley Church of God in Christ and was preceded in death by her parents, Otis Dwight and Minnie Frances Taylor Dwight. She is survived by her son, Todd Christopher McNair; sister, Vicky (William) McNair; brother, Ricky Dwight; grand daughter, Alexis McNair; aunts, Allean Watson, Adel Tibbs, Glenda Taylor; uncle, Walter (Rosetta) Watson; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends. Funeral Service for Cookie Dwight will be held Tuesday, October 10, 2017 at 1:00 P.M. in the chapel with Elder Nathaniel Carson officiating. Her remains will lie in state at the funeral home on Monday after 11:00 A.M. until the funeral hour. Interment, Hopewell Cemetery.
