Obituary For Vivian Wright Welker

MRS. VIVIAN WRIGHT WELKER – Age 59, of Norcross, Georgia and formerly of Calhoun, Georgia passed away Saturday, December 9, 2017. She was born on October 10, 1958 to the Elder Emory Wright and the late Lillia Bell Gordon Wright. She graduated from Calhoun High School in 1976 and was a member of Friendship Baptist Church. Her husband, Harold Welker, and brother, Charlie L. Wright, preceded her in death. She is survived by her son, Emory Paul Wright of Norcross, Georgia; father Elder Emory Wright; four sisters, Pauline Turner, Ardelia Jones, Yvette Wright, of Calhoun, Georgia, and Melean Wright of Dalton, Georgia; one grandchild, Christian Wright; a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends. Funeral Service will be held Friday, December 15, 2017 at 1:00 P.M. in the Chapel with Minister Dee Dee Printup, Presiding, and Pastor James R. Washington, Jr., Eulogist. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday evening from 6:00 until 7:00 P.M. Interment, Gordon Memorial Garden. Arrangements by Willis Funeral Home, Inc., Dalton, Georgia.
