Obituary For Betty Bernice McPherson- Richards

MRS. BETTY BERNICE McPHERSON - RICHARDS – (“Ms. Betty Blue”) or (“Bettina”) -Age 87, of Cartersville, Georgia, passed away Monday, January 15, 2018. She was born on July 12, 1930 to the late Mrs. Cammie Jones and Mr. Bernard McPherson. She was preceded in death by her husbands, Edward R. Milner, Jr., Joseph Richards, son, Donald R. Milner, grandson, Sherman Glenn; siblings, William, John Henry, Dora, and Teresa. She is survived by her children, Blendia (Bill) Kelley, Danny (Sherry) Milner, Patricia Milner, Kennedy Milner, Gail (Tony) Lingham, Vernon (Tracy) Milner, Teleshia (Barron) Barkley; sisters, Margaret, Goldie, Irene, Emma; brothers, Arthur, Larry, and Willie James; sixteen grandchildren, twenty-three great grandchildren, seven great great grandchildren; a special friend and neighbor, Joy Love; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends. Homegoing Celebration will be on Monday, January 22, 2018 at 1:00 P.M. at Mount Zion Baptist Church, Jones Street, Cartersville, Georgia with Evangelist Anita Gardner as Eulogist and Pastor Edward Rhodes, officiating.
