MRS. ELASHA J. 'LACEY' SIMPSON STARLING - Age 31, of Dalton, Georgia passed away Saturday, August 25, 2018. She was a member of Mountain Ridge Baptist Church, a graduate of Dalton High School, and was employed by Mohawk Industries and House of Fadez Barbershop. She was preceded in death by her great grandparents Lola Mann, Martha Tibbs, Lucius Tibbs, James P. Witherow, Jeanette Witherow; aunt, Gwendolyn Wingfield, uncles, James F. Tibbs, Corey DeLoach, William Mitchell, and Douglas Shoemaker; cousin, Stephanie Keeler. She is survived by her parents, mother, Dedira P. Tibbs White (Johnnie Thomas), father, Randall C. Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, September 1, 2018 at 12:00 noon at Mountain Ridge Baptist Church, 1401 Martin L. King, Jr., Blvd., Dalton, Georgia, with Rev. Dr. Jerry D. Jones and other ministers officiating. Her remains will lie in state at the funeral home on Friday after 11:00 A.M. Interment, West Hill Cemetery.
