Funeral services for Melvern Scott, 76, of Winstonville, MS will be held at 11:00 AM at Pleasant Green M.B. Church, Mound Bayou, MS with burial following in Pleasant Green Church Cemetery, Mound Bayou, MS under the direction of Johnson and Scott Mortuary. He died January 26, 2025 at Quitman County Health & Rehabilitation in Marks, MS.

Visitation will be held Friday, January 31, 2025 from 2-5 PM at Johnson & Scott, Cleveland.
