Mrs. Agnes Joan Evans Myers entered into rest on Wednesday, November 20, 2024.

Funeral services will be conducted on Wednesday, November 27, 2024 at 11:00 am at Trinity Christian Methodist Episcopal Church located at 2930 Glenn Hills Drive, Augusta, GA 30906 with Reverend Tommie L. Benjamin officiating. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be sent to the Fort Valley State University Foundation - Y.N. Myers Jr. Scholarship Endowment Fund, 1005 State University Drive, Fort Valley, GA 31030.

She is survived by her husband, Yewston N. Myers, Jr.; children, Beverly Myers Tarver, Joan (Deanie Kitchens) Myers, and Yewston (Terri) Myers, III; grandchildren, Jacinta (MelonnieGilbert) Parlor, Edward Tarver Jr., Yewston (Celeste) Myers, IV, Jenee Parlor, Beverly Elizabeth Tarver, Yasmine Myers, and Yania Myers; great-grandchildren, Amaya Denmark, Ayanna Denmark, Yewston Myers, V, Ava Myers, Nina Myers and Yani Myers; and sisters, Warrenie Hall and Melvis Atkinson.
