Mr. Raekwon Octavis Adams, 28, passed away Saturday, February 1, 2025 at his residence.

A memorial service will be held Saturday, February 8, 2025 at 12:00 p.m. at Chosen Generation Outreach Deliverance Center, 2440 Brentwood Street, High Point, NC.
