Obituary For Mr. Roland Goss

Roland “Scott” Goss, born September 23,1939, went home to be with the Lord on September 10, 2018. Roland was the son of the late Eugene Goss and Martha Goss Dial.

Mr. Goss retired from Tietex after 23 years of employment.

He was preceded in death by: his sister, Mary Ann Jordan; his brother, John Goss; and his daughter, Sandra Goss Hill.

Mr. Goss leaves: his loving wife, Mrs. Anna Goss; his daughters, Martha (James) Stewart, Rolette (George) Olley and Dana (Richard) Foster; his son, Ronnie (Gayle) Sims; his son-in-law, Dale Hill; his brothers, Robert Goss and William (Rena) Dial; his sister, Thomasena (Charles) Harris; his fourteen grandchildren; his two great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

A Celebration of the Life of Roland "Scott" Goss will be held on Monday, September 17, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. at The John Stinson Woodward Memorial Chapel, 602 Howard St., Spartanburg, SC. Bishop Sharome Gentry will officiate. Burial will be in the Heritage Memorial Gardens, 3901 S. Church St., Roebuck, SC.
