Robert Lee House was born on January 25, 1951, in Saint Augustine, Florida to the late Charlie and Johnnie Mae House. Robert was raised in Madison, Florida and attended Madison County Primary School.

At an early age, Robert confessed Christ as his Lord and Savior. Robert loved the Lord and frequented Mount Zion Church to give the Lord praise.

Robert enjoyed walking around the community and engaging with others, but most of all he loved spending time with his family and friends. Robert showed love and compassion daily, especially to the children he encountered. He was preceded in death by his loving parents, Charlie and Johnnie Mae House; sisters, Valley Lee Reeds and Lula Mae Brown; and brother, JB Turner.

Robert's love and legacy will be cherished by his daughter, Crystal Mitchell of Winston-Salem, NC; brothers, Tommy House, Sr., Carlton Wyche of Madison, FL, and Greg Mitchell of Valdosta, GA; sisters, Mary Kier, Charlye Mae Sanford, Carlene Murphy, all of Madison, FL, and Jearles House-Holley of Orlando, FL; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

Funeral Services will be Saturday, February 15, 2025 at 1:00 P.M. at Sanctuary of Praise Church in Greenville, FL. Livestream will be available at stevensmcgheefuneralhome.com Burial follows at Oak Ridge Cemetery in Madison, FL.
