59, Wilson M. Mitchell passed away on February 8, 2025 in Portsmouth, Va. His funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 22, 2025 at 12noon in Steele-Bullock Funeral Home Chapel. Visitation and viewing will begin Friday, February 21, 2025 at 4:00pm-6:30pm at the Funeral Home.
