Gwendolyn A. Drayton, 90, of Richmond, died February 19, 2025. She was preceded in death by her parents, Martin and Louise Adams and husband, Clarence Drayton. Surviving are her devoted cousins, other relatives and friends. Remains rest at Scott's Funeral Home, 115 E. Brookland Park Blvd., where viewing will be held from 10 a.m. until 5:30 p.m. Thursday, February 27, 2025 followed by the family receiving friends at Scott's Chapel, 116 E. Brookland Park Blvd. and where an Omega Omega service for Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Inc. will be held at 6 p.m. followed by a Continental Society Inc. Memorial service. Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Friday, February 28 at Fifth Street Baptist Church, 2800 Third Ave. Rev. F. Todd Gray, eulogist. Interment Mt. Carmel Baptist Church Cemetery, Doswell, VA
