Mr. Steven “Steve” Bernard Banks, 59 of Rock Hill, SC passed away at home surrounded by his family on March 3rd, 2025. A Celebration of Life will be held at 2pm, on Sunday, March 9th, 2025 at Parker Funeral Home in Rock Hill, SC.
