Funeral service for LaTanya Chislom, 52, of Opelika, AL, will be at 1:00 p.m., Monday, March 10, 2025, at St. Mark A.M.E Church, 4141 Anderson Road, Opelika, AL, 36801 with interment in Evergreen Cemetery, 1409 Monroe Avenue, Opelika, AL, 36801, Reverend Jonathan Benton will officiate.

Mrs. Chislom, who passed away Tuesday, March 4, 2025 at the East Alabama Medical Center in Opelika, Alabama, was born January 2, 1973 in Lee County, Alabama.

Public viewing will be Sunday, March 9, 2025, from 2:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.

Mrs. Chislom will lie in repose at the church one hour prior to the service.
