Betty Jane Singleton, 91, of Virginia died March 6, 2025 in Hampton, VA. She was a resident of the James City Community of New Bern for over thirty years.

A private memorial service will be held at a later date to celebrate her life.

She is survived by her children Barri Swindell, Charles Swindell (Valerie) and Deidre Swindell; four grandchildren, five great grandchildren and one great grandchild.
