Diana Theresa McNeal, fondly known as Dianne to her friends and loved ones, passed away peacefully in her home in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania on February 26,2025.

Her educational pursuits culminated with her graduation from Central Dauphin East High School. After graduation she embarked on a fulfilling career with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. She dedicated many years of service before retiring in 2020, leaving behind a legacy of professionalism and commitment that won her the respect and admiration of her colleagues and associates.

Dianne's journey in life was marked by her infectious love, deep passion, strength, selfless ways, and remarkable wisdom that she shared generously with all who were privileged to know her. Throughout her life, Dianne was a beacon of love and enthusiasm.

Her interests were as vibrant and diverse as her personality. An ardent supporter of the Dallas Cowboys, she wore her team's colors as well as purple with pride. Her favorite numbers, 3, 7, and 10, held special meaning and were a recurring motif in her life. Dianne's love for action movies was well-known, and she could often be found engrossed in the latest high-octane cinematic adventure. However, it was the time spent with her grandchildren that truly lit up her world.

Every holiday was a grand occasion in Dianne's home, a testament to her belief in the power of family and the joy of celebration. The beach held a special place in her heart and served as a sanctuary where she found peace, solace, and the space to create lasting memories with those she loved. Dianne's presence was a source of comfort and guidance to many. Her loving nature, boundless passion for life, and the wisdom she imparted will continue to inspire and influence her family and friends. She approached life’s challenges with courage and faced every day with a smile that could light up the darkest of rooms. As we reflect on Dianne's life, we are reminded of the profound impact one individual can have on the lives of many. Her legacy is not one of material possessions but of the love, laughter, and wisdom she shared.

The world is undoubtedly a better place because of Dianne Theresa McNeal, and she will be profoundly missed by all who had the fortune of crossing paths with her.

In addition to her beloved parents, she was preceded in death by her caring stepmother, Theresa McNeal and her siblings, Wallace McNeal and Denise McNeal. Her memory and legacy will be cherished and kept alive by her daughters, Tiffany McNeal and Antuanette Vega; her nephew who was like a son to her, Michael McNeal; her niece, Lyndsey McNeal; and her adoring grandchildren, Kaleya Collins, Jacolbie Collins Jr., Jayana Collins, and Coran Johnson. She will also be lovingly remembered by a host of family members, including Channing Ogburn, BreAuna McNeal, SaiNai McNeal, Michael McNeal, Jr., Mykel Ballard, and Pierre Williams, who all held a special place in her heart.

In honoring Dianne's memory, we celebrate the extraordinary life she led and the countless ways in which she made our world a more beautiful place. Her spirit will forever be woven into the fabric of the many lives she touched. Rest in peace, dear Dianne, knowing you are deeply loved and your memory will forever be a source of joy and comfort to your family and friends.

Her life will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, March 11, 2025 in The Chapel of the Major H. Winfield Funeral Home, 704 N. Front St., Steelton, PA.
