Mr. Clarence Whitlow, Jr., a resident of Montgomery, AL, passed March 3, 2025. Funeral service will be held Tuesday, March 18, 2025, from Old Elam Baptist Church at 2:00 P.M. Burial will follow in Williams-Lockhart Cemetery.
