Ronald Garfield Wood was born in St. Augustine, Florida to the late Thomas Garfield and the late Christine Moore-Wood. As a child he attended Webster Elementary, Murray Middle and St. Augustine High School where he graduated class of 1979. Shortly after he went into the Army where he served doing what he loved diesel auto mechanics. After serving his enlisted term he took a job at the city of North Palm Beach. In addition to his father and mother, Ronald AKA Pee-Wee was proceeded in glory by his Brother Michael Wood, sisters Tracy Wood-Chapman and Cheryl Wood-Robinson.

Cherishing his memories is his daughter, Rhonda Wood, sisters, Linda (Charles)Mitchell, Gloria Wood, Gail Wood-Thorpe (Rodney), One Grandson Demin Duncan, A very close and dear friend/brother Ray Daniels, A special sister/cousin Audra Palmer and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

A Homegoing Celebration will be held 1:00 p.m., Saturday, March 22, 2025, at New Mt. Moriah Christian Ministry St. Augustine, Fl

A public viewing will be held from 12 noon until the hour of service

Interment will be held in Woodlawn Cemetery
