OBITUARY:

Ms. Ella Brent was born January 18, 1954, to the late Lorine Norwood and Will T. Norwood.

Ella accepted Christ early and attended Calvary Baptist Church with her family and friends until her death.

She is preceded in death by her three brothers: Willie J. Norwood, Wallace Norwood and Michael Norwood.

She received her education from the Hinds County School District, where she graduated and entered the workforce. She began working at Megatech in Magee, MS and Rival Crock Pot Manufacturing Company in Flowood, MS., before starting her own Private sitting business.

She leaves to cherish her memories her six children: Earl (Felicia) Alexander, Gwendolyn Alexander, Latonya Brent, Daryl Brent, Jr., Sabrina (Deion) Brent and Jeremy Brent, all of Jackson, MS. She is also survived by three sisters: Pauletta McGee(Tony), Debora Norwood (Theodore) and Dora Kendrick (Charles) all of Jackson, MS. Her grandchildren: Kaylen Alexander, Shavonnie Traylor, DeVonta' Rawls, Emmanuel Alexander, Faleshia Rawls Alexander, Tyrus Loftin, Jermiracle Brent, De'Mir Willis, AiDen Willis, Terrance Alexander, L'ytrice Collins, Marquis Williams and Jeremiah Brent. She also leaves behind on great grandchild, Colton Rawls of Jackson, MS. Additionally, she is survived by two brothers, Jimmy Norwood(Thelma) and Willie T. (Jackie) Norwood all of Jackson, MS., as well as a host of nieces, nephews and other relatives
