Obituary For Doris Williams

Doris J. Williams, 84, of Spruce St., Harrisburg, transitioned into eternal life on Monday, August 13 at Colonial Park Care Center.

She was born in Harrisburg, daughter of the late John A. and Lillie B. (Little) Miller, retired from the PA Dept. of Treasury and Harristown Development Corp., a member of Capital Presbyterian Church and in her leisure, she enjoyed doing crossword puzzles.

Doris was the widow of Alexander Williams, Jr. and in addition to him and her parents, she was preceded in death by her daughter, Rhonda Bradshaw and to leaves to celebrate her life, her daughters, Sharon Saunders and Jodi Washington-Hall; her step-sons, Kenneth and Alexander Williams; her grandchildren, Nicole Jordan (James), Brent Saunders, Tiara Hall and Brandy Saunders; her ten great grandchildren; her sisters, Mary Harper, Betty McCoy and Yvonne Miller Booker; her brother, Gary Miller and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Her life will be celebrated on Monday, August 20 at 12 Noon in the Sanctuary of her Church, 1401 Cumberland St., Harrisbug with viewing 11:00 a.m. until Noon and burial in William Howard Day Cemetery.
