Patricia Ann Chapman, 69, of Memphis, TN passed away on March 27, 2025 at Methodist North Hospital in Memphis, Tennessee. Patricia was born on January 6, 1956 to Willie and Willie C. Chapman in Senatobia, Mississippi.

The family will receive friends Friday, April 11, 2025 from 6:30pm-8:00pm at RS Lewis & Sons 2944 Walnut Grove Rd, Memphis, TN 38111. Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, April 12, 2025 10:00am at Greater St Thomas Baptist Church, Memphis, TN 38109
