Funeral service for LaTrasya Holloway, 40, of Opelika, AL, will be at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, April 12, 2025, at Harris Funeral Home Chapel with interment in Essie J. Handy Memorial Cemetery, 402 B Street SW, Lafayette, AL 36862, Reverend Jerry Dowdell will officiate.

Ms. Holloway, who passed away Saturday, March 29, 2025 at Piedmont Health Care in Columbus, Georgia, was born March 20, 1985, in Lee County, Alabama.

Public viewing will be Friday, April 11, 2025, from 2:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.

She leaves to cherish her precious memory: a devoted companion, Brian Harris of Opelika, AL; two children, Jasmine Harris and JaBrian Harris and both of Opelika, AL; father, David Minnefield of Opelika, AL; two brothers, Jeffery Holloway of Opelika, AL and Lucas (Laquetta) Nelms of Auburn, AL; two nieces, Meliyah Holloway and Alayna Holloway both of Opelika, AL; four nephews, Jeffery Holloway, Jr. of Opelika, AL, Omarion Holloway, Laquavious Nelms and Quindravious Nelms all of Auburn, AL; devoted friend, Lashanda Weathers of Opelika, AL; a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, and many other relatives and friends.
