Obituary For Pastor Roosevelt " Prophet R.V." Garth

Celebration of Life for Prophet Roosevelt Garth, age 75, of Gadsden, Al. will be held at 10a.m. on Saturday, September 29, 2018 at The Abundant Life Church where Bishop Terry A. Jones is Pastor with Pastor Michael Jennings, Officiating. Interment will follow in Rainbow Memorial Gardens. The Family will receive friends Friday, September 28, 2018 at the funeral home from 5-7p.m. He leaves to cherish his precious memories, a devoted wife of 55 years, Hazel Lee Garth; six children, VanDella Lynette Menifee (Robert) of Grand Prairie, Texas, VaLinda Birdsong (John) of Decatur, Alabama, Valerie Latrice Reese (Terry) of Snellville, Georgia, Valdis Lydell Garth (Cylver) of Johns Creek, Georgia, Victoria LaShunda Garth of Gadsden, Alabama, and Deddra Logan, of Minneapolis, Minnesota; He leaves a host of grandchildren, great- grandchildren, nieces, nephews and many dear friends. Professional Service Entrusted To: Prestige Memorial Funeral Home located at 2412 Sansom Avenue Gadsden, Al. 35904. Prestige Memorial, “Where the name is synonymous with service.”

Repast will take place after the interment at the Attalla Community Center located at 115 Case Ave SE, Attalla, AL 35954.
