Mr. Phillips is survived by Loving and devoted wife, Anna Grace Phillips, of 70 years; Daughters, Sheilda Phillips and Cheryl Phillips; Granddaughter, Moiya Nsele; Grandson, Avery Crouch; Great Grandchildren, Bijou and Jess Nsele; Sister, Martha Ann Phillips; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, friends.
