Cleo Monique Pickett McNeil passed at her home on Thursday, September 20, 2018. She was a native of Rock Hill, South Carolina. She graduated from Northwestern High School. After graduating high school she enlisted in the Army. After returning back home from the military she attended and graduated from Clinton College as her class Valedictorian. She attended Freedom Temple Ministries.

Cleo is survived by her husband Byron McNeil, Sr., two children Vendayla McNeil and Byron McNeil, Jr., father Ricky Ratchford, granddaughter Guardian Angel McNeil. She was preceded in death by her mother Denise Arnett Pickett.

Funeral services will be held 12 Noon Saturday, September 29, 2018 at Gethsemane Church 1637 Squire Road Rock Hill, SC. She can be views at the Church on Saturday from 11 am until the hour of the service. View will also be held Friday September 28, 2018 from 5pm-8pm at Clemons McCray Funeral Home 442 W. Main Street Rock Hill.

Family will receive friend at the home 5057 Gatsby Circle Rock Hill, SC. Funeral services are entrusted to Christopher King Funeral Home Chester, SC.
