Mr. Howard leaves to cherish his loving memory with his wife of 67 years, Mary C. Leaks, and nine children: Mona Leisa Harris, Cynthia Shy, Harold Leaks, Howard Leaks, David Walker, Carman Webb, Precious Leaks-Gutierrez, Giovanni Leaks, and Haile Leaks; 39 grandchildren, numerous great grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and other family and friends.
