Mrs. Shirley Letthand, of Largo, Florida, formerly of Cypress, Florida, transitioned from life temporal to life eternal on Thursday, April 3, 2025.

Homegoing Celebration of Life services will be held on Saturday, April 26, 2025, at 11:00 AM from the sanctuary of Greater Buckhorn Missionary Baptist Church located at 4691 Hwy 162 in Marianna, Florida 32446 where the Reverend Orenza Waddell is the pastor with the Reverend Dr. David Cobb, officiating.

Interment will be in the Bethel Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery in Cypress, Florida.

She leaves to cherish a lifetime of fond, yet precious memories, a loving and devoted family:

Daughters: Angela Calhoun of St. Petersburg, Florida; Shemika (Sean) Salas and Christa Moreland of Stuart, Florida

Eleven Grandchildren: Dienesha Peterson of St. Petersburg, Florida; Destiney Denson and Khalil Thomas both of Cibolo, Texas; Sage Henderson and De’Quan Williams both of Jacksonville, Florida; Syonna Henderson, Nyjarrah Moreland, Shia Salas, Shaedeyn Salas, Sorian Salas and Sahmiera Salas all of Stuart, Florida

Two Sisters: Joanne Letthand and Beverly S. L. Merritt

And a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and many sorrowing friends.
