L. Douglas Funeral Home, 2403 Edison Avenue, Jacksonville, Florida 32204. Ms. Milner's remains will rest for visitation of family and friends on Wednesday, April 30, 2025, from 3-5PM at the MIXON TOWN CHAPEL.
