Celebration of Life services will be held on Tuesday April 29, 2025 at 12 Noon at Temple of God, 92 Whitefoord Ave SE, Atlanta, GA 30317. Interment will follow at Resthaven Gardens of Memory, 2284 Candler Rd, Decatur, GA 30032. The viewing for Mr. Carter will be Monday April 28, 2025 from 4-7 PM at Willie A.
