Mrs. Barbara Jean Wilson, 85, of Shelby, NC passed away on Thursday, April 24, 2025, at Wendover Hospice House in Shelby. She was born in Cleveland County, NC, to the late Quincy Sanders and Georgia Ann Ellis Sanders on September 1, 1939.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, May 10, 2025, at Shiloh Baptist Church at 11:30 a.m. Burial will take place at Sunset Cemetery. The reception of family and friends will be held from 11 until 11:30 a.m. at the church.
