Obituary For Mr. James Brown

Mr. James Lewis Brown, 75, of Liberty Hill, S.C. departed this life on Sunday, September 30, 2018 at Palmetto Health Richland Hospital in Columbia, S.C. He was the son of the late Pink Brown, Sr. and Charlotte Harrison Brown. He was married to the late Linda Drakeford Brown.

Mr. Brown was a member of Gethsemane Baptist Church.

Mr. Brown graduated from Jackson High School and Friendship College.

Mr. Brown served in the United States Army. He retired from Springs after thirty-three years of service.

Left to cherish his memories are two daughters, Tequlia Holmes and Stephanie Brown of Liberty Hill, SC; two brothers, Franklin Brown of Newport News, Va. and Daniel Brown of Charlotte, N.C; six grandchildren

Funeral Service will be Sunday, 2:00pm at Church of God 4383 Kershaw-Camden Hwy Heath Springs, SC 29058 by Bishop Gregory Jackson and Pastor Pamela Williams with burial in the Gethsemane Baptist Church Cemetery.

Viewing will be 2-6:00 pm Saturday at Stewart Funeral Home.
