MS. LILA LARISSA POWE, age 54, of Charlotte, North Carolina, peacefully transitioned on Wednesday, May 7, 2025, at Novant Health-Matthews Medical Center, Matthews, North Carolina with her loving and devoted family by her side.

The Homegoing Services to celebrate Lila's life and legacy will be on Sunday, May 18, 2025, at 3:00 p.m., at Smith's Memorial Chapel, 604 Salisbury Street, Wadesboro, North Carolina. Interment will be private in the family plot of the church cemetery.

The Family will greet family and friends on Sunday, May 18, 2025, from 2:30 to 3:00 p.m. at Smith's Memorial Chapel and at Pastors Grover and Leomi Powe, Lila's parents, in Morven, North Carolina beginning on Friday, May 9, 2025 from 3:00pm-7:00pm.
