Mr. James Parks, 82, passed away on Saturday, May 17, 2025, at Atrium Health-Cleveland in Shelby, NC. He was born on August 16, 1942 in Cleveland County, NC to the late Early Parks and the late Lillie Mae Hopper Parks.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, May 24, 2025 at 11:30 a.m. at S.T. Enloe Memorial Chapel in Shelby, NC. The receiving of friends and family will be from 11:00 a.m. - 11:30 a.m.
