Alicia Denise Cunningham affectionately known as “Juicy” born on May 22, 2005, in Albany, Georgia, passed away peacefully on May 21, 2025, just one day before her 20th birthday. Though her time with us was far too short, Alicia life was filled with joy, determination, and a deep love for her family and friends.
Alicia was educated in the Dougherty County School System and proudly graduated from Dougherty Comprehensive High School in 2024. She was a dedicated student and a beloved member of the school community. Alicia served as the basketball & soccer team manager at DCHS, always seen wearing her favorite color, pink, which perfectly reflected her vibrant and caring spirit. Continuing her pursuit of success, Alicia was enrolled at Albany Technical College, where she was focused on building a bright future.
A lover of shopping and long walks, Alicia enjoyed life’s simple pleasures and shared her warmth with everyone she met. Her strong work ethic and friendly nature made her a valued employee at Sonny BBQ, where she worked diligently as both a waitress and cashier.
She is deeply mourned by her loving parents, Darrell Cunningham and Tao Hunt; her siblings, Naquon Mariah Hunt, Justin Cunningham, Jordan Cunningham, and Taylor Cunningham; and her adored nieces and nephews: Zayland Nelson, Azariah Smith, Stormi Jai, Dak, and Deuce Ward. Alicia also leaves behind a host of aunts, uncles, extended family members, and dear friends who will miss her radiant smile and generous heart. Among those closest to her was her best friend, Amaree Harrell, with whom she shared countless memories and an unbreakable bond.
Alicia’s legacy is one of love, dedication, and kindness. Though she has departed this world, her memory will forever live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved her.
“Her wings were ready, but our hearts were not.”
